• Click REGISTER
• Enter a username and password of your choice (avoid using spaces and characters)
• Once registered click HOME
• Click REQUEST RMA (Envelope)
• Select the WEBSITE you ordered your product from.
• Enter details of your order (Please ensure you include your order number or if Ebay (item number).
• Click REQUEST TICKET
• Click CONFIRM RETURN

Once submitted one of our staff will update your RMA will returns authorisation and a returns point for your order, please do not send items without this prior authority. Response will usually be within 24 hours on working days, usually faster however please bear with us in busy periods.

When creating account, please do not use spaces or punctuation in your username or passwords.
