Where do I send my return ? -- Mar 1 2010, 12:35 PM




When you request a return through our system, the returns request will be reviewed by our staff you can view returns requests currently open clicking on [RETURN HISTORY] at the top of the page under the logo when logged in.


Usually staff will response within 24 hours (often quicker)
but please allow this period during busy times.


If you have no response within 24 hours, please check your returns ID for replies directly (Some email systems and internet providers block replies and you may have missed our staff's reply or questions regarding your request).


Once the return has been authorised you will be issued with a returns ID number with returns address which can be used to return the product to ourselves for processing.


We use an online tracking system to ensure the best possible method of Exchange, Repair or refund depending on circumstances. Providing online tracking enables our staff to ensure we get your returns request correct and that you are kept informed during the process and updated when the order return completes.
