Register If you do not have a returns account, select REGISTER from the menu on the right and create an account, this is a 30 second process requiring a profile name and your email address so you can visit and update if we need any information. 2. Submit a Ticket Once completed, login (Available immidiately) and click "SUBMIT TICKET" to request a new return on any Express-Pro item. 3. We will reply Our staff will respond to your submission usually within 24 hours on working days (faster in many cases - some days however we are busy) this will be to the email address you registered with, so please be sure to check it for updates. 4. If you are asked a further question, simply hit reply in your email. Thank you for using Express Processing returns, this enables us to handle your return more efficiently. Your Email address remains strictly private and will not be used by ourselves or any 3rd party for promotional emails.
